As we take a look at Obama's 2013 budget proposal we should also take the time to review mistakes and successes from the first round of stimulus spending -- and hopefully make some corrections.

There's more money for subsidized employment like the TANF Emergency Fund, which tapped the creativity of states.
I wonder if we need our own modern-day Harry Hopkins -- to get things done faster and better
